Delete your Kashibaa account

You can ask us to delete your Kashibaa account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to kashibaa.master@gmail.com with the mobile number you use to sign in to the app.
2. Use the subject "Delete my Kashibaa account".
3. We will confirm your request and delete your account within 30 days.

You can also use the same email to ask us to delete specific personal data without deleting your account.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account (mobile number).
• Your profile: name, shop name and saved addresses.
• Your cart, wishlist and recently viewed products.
• Push notification tokens linked to your devices.

What is kept

• Orders, payments, advances and invoices may be kept for up to 8 years where required by Indian tax and accounting law. These records are not used for any other purpose and are deleted once the retention period ends.
